 This is also known as a task environment and affects business and marketing in the daily operating level. When the changes in macro environment affect business in a long run the micro environmental changes are noticed immediately. Organisations have to closely analyse and monitor all the elements of micro environment in order to stay competitive.

Consumer / customers:according to Peter drucker the aim of business is to create a retain customer.customers are the people who pay money to acquire an organisation's products. The products may be both in form of goods or services for each other organisations cannot survive without customers. Customers may or may not be a consumer. Consumer is the one who ultimately consumes for losers the product or services.

If father may buy a product as a customer for his daughter who will be a consumer. A consumer occupies the central position in the marketing environment. The marketing has to closely monitor monitor and analyse changes in consumer tastes and preferences and their buying habits. 1. Who are the customers / consumers? 2.what benefits are the looking for ? 3. what are their buying patterns?

This consists of specific organisations or groups they are likely to influence and organisation. These are:

1. Owner:they are individual shareholders, groups or organisations who have a major stake in the organisation. They have a vested interest in the well being of the company.

The board of directors is elected by the shareholders and is charged with overseeing the general management of the organisation to ensure that is a being done in a way that best serves the shareholders interest.
3. Employees:employees are the people who actually do the work in the organisation. They are the major force within an organisation. it is important for all organisations that employees embarrass the same values and goals as organisation first of harbour they differ in groups education attitudes and capabilities. And managers and employees want to work different goals everyone's offers.
4. Suppliers: suppliers form and importantcomponent of the microenvironment for soft they provide raw materials equipments commerce services and so on. Large companies really on hundreds of suppliers to maintain their production process of suppliers with their own bargaining power effect the cost structure of the industry to stop the constituted a major force with which shape competition in the industry. Also organisations have to take a major decision on outsourcing all in house production depending on their supplier environment.
5. Intermediaries:intermediaries exhaust a considerable influence on the business organisations who stop they can also be considered as the major determining force in the business. In many cases the consumers are not aware of the manufacturer of the products they buy used by product from the local retailers big departmental stores or online stores that are increasingly become popular.
